Greece in 7 Days

Athens' ancient Acropolis, Santorini's iconic sunsets, and Mykonos' beaches and nightlife.

7 days · 12 activities

Day 1

  • 08:00 Acropolis & Parthenon — Athens
Arrive at opening to beat the crowds and heat. The combined ticket (30 EUR) covers the Acropolis, Ancient Agora, Roman Agora, and more. Wear sturdy shoes — marble paths are slippery.
  • 13:00 Plaka & Monastiraki — Athens
Athens' oldest neighborhoods at the foot of the Acropolis. Plaka has charming tavernas and souvenir shops. Monastiraki Square hosts a flea market. Try souvlaki at one of the square's famous stands.

Day 2

  • 09:00 Acropolis Museum — Athens
World-class museum housing original Parthenon sculptures, Caryatids, and artifacts from the Acropolis. The glass floor reveals archaeological excavations below. The top-floor gallery frames the Parthenon.
  • 12:30 Temple of Olympian Zeus — Athens
Once the largest temple in Greece, now 15 of the original 104 Corinthian columns remain. Included in the Acropolis combined ticket. Hadrian's Arch is right next to it.

Day 3

  • 16:00 Fira Town Walk — Santorini
Santorini's main town perched on the caldera rim. Walk the narrow marble streets, browse boutiques, and enjoy your first caldera sunset. The path from Fira to Firostefani is a gentle 15-min cliff walk.

Day 4

  • 09:30 Red Beach & Akrotiri Ruins — Santorini
Akrotiri is a Bronze Age Minoan city preserved under volcanic ash — often called the 'Pompeii of the Aegean'. Red Beach is a 5-min walk from Akrotiri, with dramatic red cliffs. Bring water shoes.
  • 15:00 Oia Sunset & Blue Domes — Santorini
The iconic blue-domed churches are near the castle ruins. Arrive by 15:00 to explore the village before the sunset crowds. The castle area fills up 1–2 hours before sunset. The caldera sunset is unforgettable.

Day 5

  • 11:00 Wine Tasting Tour — Santorini
Santorini is famous for Assyrtiko white wine grown in volcanic soil. Visit Santo Wines or Venetsanos Winery for tastings with caldera views. Many wineries offer food pairings.
  • 15:00 Perissa Black Sand Beach — Santorini
Santorini's most popular beach with volcanic black sand. Sunbed rentals available. Beach bars line the shore. The water is crystal clear. Ancient Thera ruins are accessible via a steep path from Perissa.

Day 6

  • 14:00 Mykonos Old Town & Windmills — Mykonos
Get lost in the whitewashed maze of Mykonos Town (Chora). The iconic row of 16th-century windmills overlooks the harbor. Find the Pelican mascot 'Petros' near the waterfront. Great shopping and dining.

Day 7

  • 10:00 Paradise Beach — Mykonos
Mykonos' most famous party beach. Sunbed rentals and beach bars. For a quieter alternative, try Super Paradise or Elia Beach. Local buses run frequently from Mykonos Town.
  • 18:00 Little Venice Sunset — Mykonos
Colorful 18th-century houses built right on the water's edge. Grab a table at a waterfront bar for cocktails and sunset views. Waves splash against the buildings — sit back from the edge to stay dry.
